Meeting Rooms


Public Usage

The meeting rooms of the Bluffton Public Library are primarily intended to be used for library programs and activities.  As a community service, the meeting rooms are available for use by groups and individuals when the library is not using them.

Meeting room space is only available during regular library hours.  All use of the meeting rooms must begin after the library has opened to the public and meeting rooms must be cleared before scheduled closing time.  The library is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

A group or individual may reserve the Bluffton Public Library meeting rooms upon submittal of written contract and payment of fees.

An adult must apply for the use of the Library's meeting rooms.  The person reserving the room is required  to be physically present during the meeting or event.  This person shall assume the full responsibility for adherance to the library's rules by the members of the group, and for any damage to library property that may result from the organization's use of the facility.  This person is responsible to see that the facility is returned to its original condition.

Meetings and programs for children require the presence of at least one adult for each 10 children under the age of 18.
