Play Music on the Porch Day will be celebrated in Bluffton starting at Bluffton Public Library on Sat., Aug. 30 @ 10:00 a.m. near the library’s main entrance. Bring an instrument, your singing voice and/or your listening ears and a lawn chair to enjoy family friendly music. (If it’s a rainy day, folks may gather inside in a designated area.)
This event has been held at the Bluffton Public Library for the past 10+ years and will be the start of the second annual Bluffton Porchfest, organized by Eric Reneker.
Watercolor Workshop: Pelican (R)($) will be held Thu., September 11 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. Local artist Jeanne Crumrine will teach on the lower level of the library. Walk away with your own watercolor piece of art, complete with mat!
There is a $10 supply fee at the door (cash only please), and advance registration is required as space is limited.
Open to adults, and teens and children with an accompanying adult.
Registration opens August 15.
