Underwater Life in our Watershed, presented by The Quarry Farm (Register by July 8!)

The Underwater Life in Our Watershed (R) - On Tuesday, July 12 @ 6:00 p.m.

Did you know that the insects, mollusks and crustaceans—aquatic macroinvertebrates—that live in our streams and rivers are like the canaries that miners used to keep down in the coal mines? Their presence (or absence) can help us determine the health of our waterways.

Meet some of these 'water canaries' when you join representatives from The Quarry Farm at the Bluffton Public Library.

This program is for Adults and Teens as well as children with a parent or guardian present. Please register in advance by stopping by the library or calling 419-358-5016.
