Ghost Painting Workshop(R)($) with local artist Amanda Brasfield: Join us on Thu., Oct. 17 at 6 p.m. for an engaging art workshop where we’ll transform vintage photographs printed on paper with a touch of Halloween magic. Using paint and paint pens, participants will creatively enhance photos, adding supernatural elements for a ghostly and unique result. Perfect for those looking to infuse a bit of seasonal flair into their artistic expression.
The Bluffton Public Library is seeking donations for the upcoming Holiday Gift Silent Auction in November. Join us in raising funds to support library programming and services! Show your support with your generous tax-deductible donations in the form of gift baskets, gift cards, gift certificates, and more, accepted through October 12! Galley Book Group - Mixed Titles (R) will meet on Wed., November 20 at noon.
This discussion will be of an assortment of Galley books provided by the publishers, scheduled to be published September 2024 or later.
Register for the discussion, pick a book from the Galley Box, read as soon as you are able, and return. Repeat as desired until the discussion date, and always bring the book back and return it to the box so that someone else may read it.
At the discussion, the group will briefly talk about each book read and rate the titles.
